All orders will be shipped within 2 business days. At this time, Tuff Girl Security is not offering express shipping. We may choose to do so in the near future.
Please make sure you enter all the correct information to ensure your package arrives to you in a timely manner. Orders placed with an Incorrect shipping address will not be rerouted. Your order will be canceled and a store credit, in the form of an E-gift card, will be issued for you to replace your order. The order will have to be replaced with the store credit that will be provided due to the order being canceled. Once the order has been returned back, the order will then be shipped to the correct address.
Orders will be shipped with signature required service. This is to avoid any lost or stolen items.
Tuff Girl Security uses USPS as their shipping carrier.
Please know that once the carrier has your package, it is now their responsibility to get your package to you damage free and in an expeditious manner. Please select USPS Priority for additional insurance to protect against lost or damaged packages during shipping. Note: First-Class packages are NOT insured.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows receipt of you receiving your package, Tuff Girl Security is released from all responsibilities. In some cases, errors are made with the carrier. If after 24-48 hours and after you have checked with your family and neighbors, then a claim needs to be filed with the carrier. Please then contact us with a claim number for us to further investigate.
