Return and Exchange Policy
All returns and exchanges have 14 days from the date of delivery to be considered as a return or an exchange.
If you have received your item damaged or it is inoperable, please contact us as soon as possible to process. If you have received an inoperable stun gun, an RMA (return merchandise authorization) label will be sent to you via email if notified within the return/exchange time frame. If notification is received after the timeframe, you are responsible for return shipping. A refund or an exchange is accepted for stun guns, if deemed faulty. If in the event, you are returning your products due to Buyer’s Remorse, please know there is a $5 restocking fee per item. If an item is returned and is damaged, not due to shipping or manufacturer defect, you will not be eligible for a refund (store credit), only an exchange of the same exact item.
All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your product(s) are received. A store credit can not be processed unless the item is returned.
